Access for all
There is good access to the surgery. The front door is automatic and all our corridors and doors are wide enough for a wheel chair.
We have a hearing enhancer in reception, which can be used anywhere in the building if you struggle to hear, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
We can offer translation services in person, via telephone or in writing.
A written/printed copy of information given in any consultation is available if this would be helpful to you.
If you have any access needs please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

If your medication request is urgent please contact our prescription line on 01643 703441 (Option 2). 11am - 1PM, Monday - Friday.
Please include your name and date of birth with your request. Please be advised that requests for “all repeats” or requests with limited information are likely to result in a delay in the processing of medication. In such instances, staff will need to contact you to discuss your exact requirements.
